The Fly Right Trio began in 1991. It was Rob Grenville guitar and vocals, Steve Dagg, tenor sax and Howard Cairns, Bass.
Rob Mahoney took over the bass in 1993. Dr Bob Crossman played drums later on.
Many fine musicians filled in over the years: Steve Purcell, Ian Hellings, Paul Coyle, Herman Schweiger, Paul Williamson, to many a few. We played well over 2000 gigs in those years. Here are a few of the songs we played. Pictured is Rob Mahoney on Bass - our main Bass player. Also pictured is Gerard, my son - now 32.
